2. Processing of personal data

Our website provides information about our language courses (business English and business German). You can use our website without providing any personal data.
We only process personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us, for example, when you contact us by email or phone.

In this case, we use your data exclusively to process your request and only store it for as long as is necessary for this purpose or as required by law.

3. Legal basis for processing

Your data is processed on the basis of:

Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment),
Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (for the fulfillment of legal obligations) or
Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication with interested parties and customers).

4. Cookies and web technologies

7. Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), to monitor and optimize the technical performance of our website in Google search results.

Search Console enables us to obtain statistical evaluations of the visibility of our website on Google. Google does not process any personal data of website visitors, but only provides us with aggregated data.

The use is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an optimized presentation of our online offering in Google search).
